On 4th December 2020 the US House passed a landmark bill (the MORE act) that would decriminalise Cannabis and expunge non-violent convictions associated with Marijuana. 

Today 2nd December 2020, in highly anticipated and long-delayed decision, a United Nations commission has voted to remove Cannabis from the list of most risky narcotics such as Heroin.

From the 30th November, medicinal users of Cannabis can officially apply for their Medical Cannabis Card in the UK. The scheme has been designed with doctors and is backed by the Police Force to protect medicinal users from prosecution. As one Police chief said “No-one wants to see a patient in custody”.
