🛡️ Submit a Claim for Damaged or Stolen Items

We understand how frustrating it can be to receive a damaged or missing item. Our goal is to make the claim process as straightforward and efficient as possible.

 

📋 How to File a Claim

  1. Provide Order Details
    Enter your email address and the order number associated with the affected purchase.

  2. Select Affected Items
    After submitting your order details, you'll see a list of items from that order. Select the product(s) that were damaged or stolen.

  3. Upload Supporting Evidence
    For each selected item, please upload clear photos showing the damage or evidence of theft. Additionally, provide a brief explanation detailing the issue.

  4. Submit Your Claim
    Once all information is provided, click the "Submit Claim" button.

🔔 What Happens Next?

  • Review Process: Our team will review your claim and the provided evidence.

  • Notification: You'll receive an email notification regarding the status of your claim—whether it's approved, rejected, or requires additional information.

💡 Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, you can choose one of the following options:

  • Full Refund: Receive a complete refund to your original payment method.

  • Replacement: We'll send you a new item identical to the one reported.

  • Store Credit: Opt for a store credit equal to the item's value for future purchases.

Note: Please ensure all claims are submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
