Reggae Roast have forged a reputation as the leading light in the resurgence of the UK Reggae / Dancehall scene bringing Reggae Music to a new younger audience. Combining the label, events and sound system they are spreading the conscious message in the music far and wide.

In 2018 Reggae Roast signed to the world famous Trojan Records, to release their debut album 'Turn Up The Heat'. The album which was the culmination of several years work, was released during lockdown in May 2020 to critical acclaim, receiving heavy radio rotation and clocking up millions of online streams.

The album is a melting pot of the UK Reggae scene and beyond and includes collaborations with the likes of General Levy, Mr Williamz, Tippa Irie, Daddy Freddy, Brother Culture, Earl 16, Natty Campbell and many more.

The Reggae Roast events are considered to be one of London’s premiere Reggae Soundsystem Events. Over the years Reggae Roast have hosted world renowned artists including; The Wailers, Lee Scratch Perry, Sly and Robbie, Collie Budz, Mad Professor, David Rodigan, Suggs (Madness), Channel One, Trojan Sound, Gappy Ranks, Finley Quaye, Aba Shanti I, Mungo’s Hi Fi and many many more.

The Reggae Roast events are powered by their formidable & unique, custom build soundsystem. The 52KW system AKA "The Machine" brings Soundsystem design into the 21st century both aesthetically and sonicly. The 3m long 'Terra Horns, mean it can recreate frequencies as low as 20htz lower than any other system on the market.

Festival favorites, Reggae Roast have smashed up DJ sets and hosted stages at some of the worlds biggest festivals including Glastonbury, Bestival, Secret Garden Party, Outlook Festival, Boomtown Fair and countless more!

Before signing to Trojan in 2018, Reggae Roast ran their own imprint ‘Reggae Roast Records’ for over a decade. On their label they built a incredible catalogue of quality releases, collaborating with world famous and grass roots artists along the way.
