NEW RELEASE: 'UNTOUCHABLE' Feat. BURRO BANTON
Reggae Roast join forces with Burro Banton one of the tuffest vocalists ever to come out of Jamaica. A killer digital Dancehall riddim is the soundscape for Burro’s heavyweight delivery. Simply untouchable!
With massive dancehall hits under his belt including Boom Wa Dis & Badder Dan Dem, Burro Banton exploded on the JA scene in the early 80’s, working with some of the biggest sounds of the day including legendary Volcano, Gemini and Kilimanjaro imprints. He’s cemented himself as one of Jamaica’s most iconic dancehall MCs.
The Riddim produced by Reggae Roast is based on the peak time bubbler ‘Chase Vampire’ Riddim, which became a major hit in the early 2000s. It is the perfect complement to Burro’s rockstone vocals.
Originally Produced by Stephen "Di Genius" McGregor (son of Freddie), it has an eerie vibe, hence the name. Reggae Roast have reworked the riddim giving it their own unique sound.
