REGGAE ROAST MEETS VIBRONICS
Reggae Roast is back for the final session at The City Arts & Music Project for 2010. The last 2 months have seen unmissable nights in the Basement with special guests Aba Shanti-I, Ghetto Priest & Solution Sound in session.
This month we are pleased to welcome Vibronics & Echo Ranks to test the limits of the blazing 20k sound system in the basement. Hailing from Licenster, Vibronics were conceived by the joint discovery of 90s Sound System culture and digitally sequenced music, which first inspired the creation of embryonic Vibronics dub tracks. A minimal home studio was built during 1995 using a dilapidated 16 track mixer, reverb & echo units, a couple of synths and an Atari computer, all mixed down onto cassette tape.
This final dance of the year at The City Arts & Music Project will conclude another great year for Reggae Roast with amazing support throughout the summer months at 6 festival appearances, 2 sold out record releases and the launch of our first monthly residency in the basement.
